You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment, or your deposit will be forfeited. Multiple cancellations may result in a refusal of services. Failure to show up for appointments without prior notice ("no call, no show") will require a deposit to schedule your next session. Please note that all packages are non-refundable. All services performed are also non-refundable.
